2. thou shall be aware that big brother is watching how you work every minute of the day and would rate your performance based on what he saw.
3. thou shall know that impressions are better than work results.
4. thou shall not approach your project owner or sponsor about the project until you have done your kick-off meeting with them.
5. thou shall only use the one page paper written by your project sponsor, who normally is one of the company executives, as a source of information for your one-hour power meeting with them.
6. thou shall write only the things the owner want and thou shall not listen to the implementers' opinions that it won't work.
7. thou shall make sure one of the most important executives (who got no stakes in your project except of course he is the one who invented this whole process) reviews your document!
